HCC provides our employees and customers a venue for exploring difficult and interesting problems with high risk and potential high pay off. For us the pay off is not always monetary. In many instances we undertake projects because they may be of significant technical interest or they may have a positive social impact.

At HCC we understand that many of our employees are interested in extending their expertise in a particular field. We encourage our people to follow their bliss, because their success is our success. We offer generous training packages to allow them to master the newest technologies and encourage training diversity. We also maintain a modest IR&D fund to help employees try out new product ideas. We offer generous profit sharing to encourage our people to grow with us. We maintain extensive contacts with the academic community, always looking for new approaches that will give our customers the competitive edge.

HCC is developing a comprehensive profit sharing plan to ensure our employees share in our success, because we know they are our most important asset. We provide funding for continued education, books and equipment. We keep our overhead low so that the majority of an employee's billable hours are put in their pocket where it belongs.
