HCC provides our

HCC is developing
a comprehensive profit sharing plan to ensure our employees
share in our success, because we know they are our most important
asset. We provide funding for continued education, books and
equipment. We keep our overhead low so that the majority of
an employee's billable hours are put in their pocket where
it belongs.
